These terms govern your use of this website. By using it you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Divya Unmilan, a quarterly magazine registered with the Registrar of Newspapers for India under RNI No. OD/ODI/2014/60004, published and owned by Adv. Tribeni Giri of Badbil, Dist. Keonjhar, Odisha, and edited by Madhusudan Mohapatra of Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Puducherry.
2. Reading the magazine
Every edition of the magazine, and everything in the digital library, is free to read and download for personal, non-commercial use. No account is required. We may add, revise or withdraw material at any time, and we do not guarantee that any particular edition will remain available indefinitely.
3. No transactions on this website
This website does not take payments and does not sell anything. Printed subscriptions and book orders are arranged directly with us by telephone, WhatsApp or email, and any resulting agreement is between you and us, not formed through this site. Donations are made through your own UPI application or by bank transfer.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to disrupt it, to scrape it systematically, or to submit through the contact form anything unlawful, abusive, defamatory or deliberately false.
5. Content you send us
If you send us an article or a message, you confirm that it is your own work or that you have the right to send it, and you permit us to read it, reply to it, and — in the case of a contribution offered for publication — to publish and edit it as described in our Editorial Policy.
6. Other websites
We link to other websites and embed videos hosted elsewhere. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7. Accuracy and availability
The site is offered in good faith and as it stands. We take care over what we publish but do not warrant that it is free of error, nor that the site will be available without interruption. Nothing here is professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Cuttack, Odisha shall have jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may revise these terms; the current version is always the one on this page, with its date below.
